Our Service allows you to generate images using artificial intelligence and to create or modify images with our drawing and painting tools.

By uploading, generating, or sharing content through our Service, you grant Pintr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share using the Service.
You agree not to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, including content that infringes on the rights of others.
Pintr reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other user accounts.
You may not use the Service to create or distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
The Service offers plans that grant you a certain amount of credits which can be used to access features.
By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the fees and taxes associated with that plan. Payments are processed in advance, and credits will be added to your account accordingly.
Plans do not automatically renew. Once you use all credits or choose not to purchase additional credits, your access to those features will be limited accordingly.
To cancel a purchase or request a refund, please contact us directly. Refunds are granted at our discretion and according to applicable law.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pintr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
